They're a great practice and I'd highly recommend them. I've never had a bad appointment there, and have found all the GPs to be friendly, efficient and conscientious. The receptionists are polite and the nurse services are good. I liked the opportunity to go to the surgery at 8.20, 10 minutes before the phone lines opened at 8.30, for getting an appointment the same day as I was always able to get an appointment quickly that way. They also had online services for ordering repeat prescriptions and making longer term appointments which makes them easy to book with. I've had to move out of the area and (as someone who needs a lot of healthcare) I will really miss them - I can honestly say they were the best practice I've ever been registered at!

i always see dr scott and she is an amazing doctor. she deals with me with such great care and investigates to the fullest to try and deal with my problems. she is very caring and understanding and i feel very comfortable talking to her about anything and know that she does her utmost to care for me and my family.

I cannot praise this surgery enough. From the Receptionists through to the GPs, I have had courteous, effective, accessible care and I feel like an individual, not a "case for processing". This is how GP care should be and all kudos to everyone at St Paul's for achieving this in the face of hard times in the NHS. You have a built a great practice - thank you!
